#2 recipe extravaganza

Athalies's Candy Cane Cookies

1 cup real butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup quick oatmeal

Cream butter and sugar; add other ingredients. Shape into candy canes.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes at 325. Grost with white frosting and stripe with red frosting. Makes 30 cookies.

Aubrey wanted Blue but Kalab wanted Blue too....They could not have the same one.
Kalab told Aubrey she wanted Pink not Blue...

Maybe this is what they want for Christmas... who new
My only plant that this could go in is almost DEAD.... maybe I could use one!!

I walked into the living room and found Aubrey and Kalab, standing on chairs,
singing "We wish you a Merry Christmas" to the tree
I wish the picture was better because it was such a sweet moment.

I am a little stressed because the last day of school is tomorrow and I don't have teacher gifts yet! What to do...What to do... any ideas???

This is what I am hiding from my kids!
I tried to share with Aubrey and Kalab but they were eating them to fast.
I will eat 10 a day and see how long I can make them last!
