cut the boards! Then trim them up. Then have them as 2 boards. Or reattach them in some cute way.... That is so funny that you did that, because just last night I had everything in hand to do mine. BUT the thought crossed my mind, WAIT, its late. You don't do well when its late.
So funny. I just did that with a quote board I was doing. I hung it up anyways, and I keep looking at it and thinking "I wonder if anyone will really be able to tell." I hate when stuff like that happens.

Just hang it on the wall crooked.
Add something cute, like a star to the end so it looks like its supposed to be off a bit.
Antique it...Sandpaper...Roughen up the edges...Stain them...When it's rustic, it is SUPPOSE to be uneven...
